Hewitt Land Company
It was a pleasure to work with Hewitt Land Company, Piedmont, SD, in their 2017 redesign. Seeking to showcase their real estate listings and maximize lead-generation, the new site does just that. We incorporated a specialty real-estate tool to allow us to categorize each listing, build individual listing pages, and pack in lots of good features (interactive maps, photo galleries, videos, contact forms, and more). Listings are searchable by several different metrics, and with tracking, we can easily tell which listings get higher traffic. Customized “contact a broker” forms on each listing have allowed the site to pull in leads similar to that from paid real estate marketing sites.
Another highlight is the addition of a web marketing tool that helps site visitors more easily be converted to leads. Each listing’s property brochure is available by opt-in only, providing a way to follow up on leads and communicate more effectively with them. Hewitt Land Company has seen a favorable response, compared to industry averages, and has a greater potential to serve interested parties.
