Johnson Construction Logo & Website Design

Project: Logo & Website Design

Johnson Construction

It has been a privilege to be part of Johnson Construction’s new marketing endeavors! Nathan Johnson, Lexington, KY, owns and operates a general construction/consulting/design business that has really taken off. Growing his brand and building an online platform was next on his list of business growth goals, and we enjoyed being able to serve this awesome small business.

We started with redesigning an existing logo. With Caleb’s expertise, the brand was solidified, images were finalized, and a color palette was web-ready.

With the new logo and brand in place, we were able to move into the website redesign process, where Monica designed a new site built for lead generation. A web marketing consultation, site planning session, Google Analytics tracking, mobile-friendly design, and social media sharing were included, features that are included in our design and development process.

Nelson Panels Redesign

Project: Logo & Website Redesign

Nelson Panels

This family-owned and operated business in rural, Northwestern South Dakota provides a host of quality solutions for land-management needs, farmers and ranchers, feedlot owners, and horse owners. The Nelsons are an amazing family, and it is a treat to be able to help revamp their online marketing!

We started with revamping a logo that they loved, but needed digitization and an update. With Caleb’s expertise, we worked with the brand and came up with a fresh color palette that fit just right.

With the new logo and brand in place, we were able to move into the website redesign process, where we transformed their previous site, both visually and structurally. Our primary goal for this site was lead generation, and we structured content and lead-building with that in mind. SSL security, Google Analytics tracking, mobile-friendly design, email marketing integration, and social media sharing are features that are standard with our design and development process.

As a Website Care client, the site is monitored to be sure it is secure, updated, and optimized. Additionally, we optimized their social media channels, and will continue to manage their social media presence via Website Care. With Google Analytics in place, it’s a great way to build organic traffic to the site.

Amery Free Lutheran Church Logo

Project: Logo Redesign

Amery Free Lutheran Church

This logo refresh for Amery Free Lutheran Church was made with the words, “modern” and “welcoming” in mind. The style of the line art and font were kept minimalist and the colors chosen to be bright and friendly. Because the area is lakes country in eastern Wisconsin, it seemed fitting to feature the landscape where the church lives and grows. The idea of spiritual growth in Christ is hinted at in the rising of the sun and in the four colors which reflect the four seasons. Each section of the symbol is formed around the cross – indicating the life in Christ that the Church seeks to know and to make known.

Shiloh Church Rebrand

Project: Logo Redesign & Marketing Tools

Shiloh Church

Shiloh Church was ready for a logo refresh, which happened to coincide with their purchase of a building as their new, permanent church home. Caleb used the existing logo as a springboard, which contained important elements that were significant to the church plant and its parent church, Abiding Savior Free Lutheran. From there, he created a modern icon look with the circle, and provided several variations of the logo for different uses.

The logo redesign was perfect timing, as opportunities for marketing and outreach promotions were plentiful. The new logo was implemented across the board, as Caleb created new brochures, a billboard sign design, and postcards for a bulk mailing. Monica reflected changes on the website, as part of Shiloh’s SiteCare plan, as well as email marketing and social media platforms.

St. Olaf Preschool

Project: Logo Digitization

St. Olaf Preschool

Learning and growing were two central aspects of Pr. Joshua Skogerboe’s logo concept for his church’s preschool, St. Olaf Lutheran Preschool, Montgomery, IL. He created a sample sketch showing an open book and sprouting plant, and we were able to take it the rest of the way. After a couple revisions, a more lively book shape was chosen to bring a sense of dynamic energy to the preschool’s logo. In addition a simplified sprout with a thicker stem was integrated to maintain image clarity at smaller sizes, and enhance the visual balance. We explored a variety of font options to find the perfect blend between playful and formal. The finished product was also designed to pair well with the church’s preexisting logo. It uses the same circle shape, aspect ratio, and four color system, but the blues have been replaced by greens of a similar value.

It was a pleasure working with Pr. Joshua to develop a logo for their preschool! They have a top-notch program there and it was a blessing to be a part of all they are doing to serve the next generation.
